Information on appointments and frequently asked questions
We are happy to review your products with you at your appointment. Please bring in products and questions. You may choose to submit questions prior to your visit. Please text us at 843-417-9637.
You are not required to stop or hold any products prior to your appointment. Follow your normal routine.
We suggest a yearly skin exam for all clients. If you need advice or suggestions locating a dermatologist accepting patients we are happy to help!
All clients will be asked to pay hold your reservation with a credit card. We appreciate a 24 hour notice for cancellations to allow us the opportunity to fill this time reserved for you. Due to COVID-19 we are confirming your appointment 24 hours prior with a text confirmation of your health status. If you are sick or become sick please notify us as soon as possible. We are not applying cancellation fees for clients who are not feeling well or have exposure to illness. A no show or no call will result in a $50 charge to your card on file.
It may be difficult for you to enjoy your visit with us if you bring children to the appointment. We love you both but do not have the resources to supervise children brought with guests.
We are located upstairs from 5/8 Seams on Sam Rittenburg and next door to Andolinni's Pizza. Our parking lot is in the back of the building. Please come up the stairs and our studio is on the left marked with our sign.
